1. Step 1

   Tell us about the property

Name, a contact and your website. If you already posted the listing, paste its link and it goes live the moment you pay.

2. Step 2

   First month free

Card, through Stripe, so nothing changes at day 30. Then $149 a month. Cancel any time before day 30 and pay nothing; after that, you stay featured until the month you paid for ends.

3. Step 3

   Your listing goes first

Within one business day we post or link your listing. It sits at the top of Housing and of search results, on theasulist.com and in the iPhone app, marked Featured.

Questions

Where does a featured listing show?

First in the Housing category, first in search results that match it, and first on the Tempe location pages, on the website and in the iPhone app. One word, Featured, marks it; the listing otherwise looks like every other.

Who sees it?

ASU List is the marketplace of the 26,000-member ASU List community: students buying, selling and looking for housing near the Tempe campus since 2011. Housing and roommate searches are a daily part of it.

Do I need an account?

No. You can pay first and we will post the listing from your website. If you would rather write it yourself, create a free account, post it in Housing, and paste its link in the form.

How do I cancel?

Reply to any Stripe receipt or use the contact page. Cancel anytime before day 30 and pay nothing. After that, cancelling stops the next charge and the listing stays featured until the paid month ends.

What does the free month cost?

Nothing. First month free, then $149 a month. Cancel anytime before day 30 and pay nothing. We take a card up front so the listing can go live at once and carry on after day 30 unless you cancel.

Is there a contract or a setup fee?

No. First month free, then $149 a month per property, nothing else.
