By using ASU List, you agree to these terms. ASU List is a peer-to-peer marketplace for the ASU community. We facilitate connections between buyers and sellers but are not a party to any transactions.

User Conduct

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You will not post prohibited items, spam, or misleading content. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

Listings

All listings must be accurate and represent items you actually have for sale. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our policies.

Liability

ASU List is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for transactions between users. Always exercise caution when meeting with buyers or sellers.
