1 bed/ 1 bath sublease

I am subleasing my apartment here in Tempe starting in the beginning of May until the lease is up at the end of July. The unit is a 4 bed/ 4 bath but I am leasing out 1 of the rooms with a bathroom. The rent I pay is $720 but I am only asking for $600 just to get rid of it. Utilities are included as well as internet and cable. The unit comes fully furnished with a bed frame and mattress, a desk, and dresser. The amenities are pretty good; the complex has a nice pool (which you have a view of from the balcony), a gym, a study room, and a game room.
