1 Bed/Bath available at The District on Apache

Hi, My name is Kelsie and I am looking for someone to take over my lease (sublease) for the year Aug 2019- Aug 2020. The apartment is a beautiful one bedroom and one bathroom single apartment with a balcony overlooking the pool. The rent is $1,444 a month. The apartment complex is pet-friendly and many ASU students live there. It is 5 minutes from campus and is close to many restaurants.
