1B 1B apartment sublease

I am looking for someone to take over my lease available immediately that ends at January 31st. My apartment is a 1B 1B apartment at Rancho Las Palmas, Tempe. The complex is only 1-2 miles away from ASU. You can renew the lease afterwards if you want. The rent is $763 and it includes water sewer and trash. But if you sign a new lease in this complex it would be $810-850. The unit is not furnished. If you want to take over the lease you need to pay an application fee and a refundable deposit ($1500) and show either a minimum annual salary of about $30700 or a bank statement showing the same amount of money to take over the lease.
