Rent is $2,075/month The apartment comes fully furnished with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances as well as a full, in-house washer and dryer. Some of our property's amenities include our two-story, 24-hour fitness center, iconic Lazy River and multi-sport simulator. We are just on the edge of campus, right next to the business dorms with a conveniently located streetcar stop right in front of our building. All utilities included except electricity.
