2 Bed/1 Bath looking for Female Roommate

I live in a two-bedroom/one bath apartment and I am currently looking for a clean and responsible individual to take over my side of the lease for August 2018 - July 2019. I've had a wonderful experience at University Pointe and I will just be downgrading to a one bedroom apartment within the same complex. My current roommate will be staying in the two-bedroom. She will be a senior at ASU and would love to room w/ another student and/or someone working in the Tempe/Phoenix area. From my personal experience, she is incredibly kind, clean, and always pays her portion of the bills on time - aka she's one of the very few good roommates out there! As mentioned above, the apartment is a two bedroom/one bath (see floorplan in pictures) and the rent is $535/month, not including electricity (Typically between $50 - 70 a month per person). The apartment complex has multiple laundry rooms, a fitness room, a basketball court, a volleyball court, and multiple pools (see pictures). Our apartment is a 5 min walk from the Tempe campus and a 10 min walk from the Rural/University light rail station. Each lessee also has access to free parking at the apartment complex. You would be moving into the bedroom listed as 'Bedroom 2' on the floorplan. Our neighbors are all very quiet and respectful - I have never had an issue w/ anyone at the complex. In addition, it is pet-friendly. The lease runs from 8/1/2018 to 7/12/2019 and I would be looking for someone to move in the beginning of August 2018. Females only please.
