2019-2020 LEASE TAKEOVER!!!!

3 X 3 room available at the District on Apache I need someone to takeover my lease for next year(August 2019-July 2020). This apartment complex is has amazing views, rooms and amenities. (There is a huge pool area, on-site 24/7 open gym, study rooms ect.) I unfortunately already signed a lease for the District however I cannot live there anymore because of personal issues.
