3 bed 2 bath sublease @ College Town tempe

Hello everyone! I am looking for someone to take my 2018-2019 lease at College Town Tempe. Its an unfurnished apartment with lots of space. The huge bedrooms have walk-in closets, and there is a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area. All utilities plus internet are included in the monthly rent. The complex is a quick walk to the ASU campus as well as to the University/Rural light rail stop, so the location is perfect! Within the complex is a great pool and patio area with grills and plenty of outdoor TVs and lounge chairs. The rent is a bargain, as we are locked in with a lower rate than what the complex is currently charging ($632) and than what they intend to raise it to ($700).
