4x4 Apollo Tempe apartment

SUBLEASING APARTMENT IN TEMPE I am looking to sublease my current apartment in the Apollo complex for the 2023-2024 school year. (This summer is also available) This complex is a mere 10 minute walk to the Arizona state campus. I am offering this for almost 30% off of the current asking price. This is a premium room on the top floor along with an East facing view overlooking the city and distant mountain ranges. There is also an optional parking pass that would be 75% cheaper than the current price of a general parking spot. This general spot includes space behind a garage to ensure extra safety. There are 2 other rooms available in this unit if you have 2 others that want to room together. Below I have listed the prices along with details of the room.
