4x4 Luxe

Hi there, I am currently moving home and looking for someone to take over my lease. I currently live at The District on Apache in Tempe. It is located on the corner near CVS on Apache and Rural. I will have the space open starting April 1st, so it would be an even 4 months. I live in a 4x4 Luxe meaning you would have a balcony in the living room along with having your own bed, bath, and walk-in closet. We also have an in-unit washer and dryer. (I would like to add that the place comes completely furnished within the living room and bedroom.) I am currently in the middle room that has two windows. Besides the apartment itself, the amenities are amazing! The building has a two-story gym with a sauna. The main courtyard is a pool that has a lazy river and a super screen TV, so while you're tanning you have the opportunity of watching fun movies. There is also a study area on the second floor where you are able to have quiet study sessions and printer accessibility. Along with moving into the building, there are always super fun events going on in the main area. The girls that I live with are super cool and clean, and we also have a cute cat named Ginger!
