Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my current lease at Redpoint Tempe. Im looking for someone to take over the lease from January 1st, 2024 to July 25th 2024. There is an option to resign, which I did for three years and it is a super easy simple process. I would be willing to pay Januarys rent. Subleasing to only girls because the rest of my roommates are female. It is a great location only 5 minutes from ASU tempe campus, there is also a shuttle that runs all day to take students in the complex to and from ASU. It is a five bedroom five bath duplex, but you would be taking over my room with a walk in closet and private bathroom. All my roommates are great and the absolute sweetest. The house is also very quiet, and clean. There are two cats that are owned by one of the roommates but they’re sweet and you wouldn’t even know they’re there. It is a great complex with a gym, pool, hot tub, sauna, and club house which has a computer room, study room, printer, pool table, pong table, and a tv. Our unit also has a balcony! The rent is $899 plus taxes so it usually ends up being around $970. Water, sewage, trash valet, and wifi are all included. Electricity is separate but ranges from $30-$80 depending on the time of year. It is a great complex, and very affordable for the location/quality of the complex.
