$716 (Originally $769 p/month) Monthly Rent @ BLVD 1900

Hello! My name is Julian and I am looking for someone who is searching for a place to live for the following 2019-2020 year at BLVD 1900. Originally, I was paying $769 a month. But because I applied early to renew my lease, I qualified for a huge renewal discount. Now, that price has dropped to $716! I am moving out soon and would love to hand it off to someone else who needs a place to stay for affordable housing! I currently live in a 4x4 with roommates who will also be moving out since they are graduating this year. The room has a wonderful amount of space and you can make it as homey as can be. It also has its own bathroom and closet space to fit whatever you may need. Please contact me if you are interested (505-920-9976)!
