Hello, I signed a 12month lease on a wonderful apartment. I'm looking for someone to take over my lease.
There is 5 months left on the lease from the available date.
I will pay be happy to pay you $250 cash if you are able to take over my lease and you'll be able to have 10 days free when you move in which is a $610 value, total = $860 incentive.
It is available September 19th, 2019 and the lease expires on, or near February 28th 2020 which is just over 5 months.
The 2Bed/2Bath space could me for just you, or you + a roommate.
The $1860/month covers base rent, taxes, water, sewer, trash, and common areas.
You'd only have to pay for electric (APS) and internet (Cox or centurylink) for your other utilities.
The procedure to take over the lease would a $50 background/credit check, both you and your roommate would need to apply. If it's just you, then only you would need to do it.
Based on that, you may not need to put down any money at all as a deposit if everything comes back good.
The amenities here are off the charts, the management is awesome and the overall experience I've had here the last 6+ months has been really great.
I'm not going to be in the city of Tempe starting Sept, so I'll no longer need this space.
This unit is on the 5th floor, there are 6 floors in this complex.

**ALSO** it is important to note that the APT will not be furnished, it will be a blank slate, and fully clean and pristine when you move in.
