apartment union tempe

hi i am a second year as ASU, and i am looking for someone, specifically a *GIRL* to sublease my apartment until next august ASAP!!! it is located on university and forest in tempe, along with being on the 18th floor of the complex - in a corner unit. there is a full living room and kitchen, a private washer and dryer in the unit, and a long balcony. it is a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, I have one of the two masters, with the private bathroom being in the room. the rent is $1,277 a month (base). personally, i pay roughly $1410/month with all utilities besides electricity covered (which is about $35-45 a month), along with paying for parking which is about $150/month. the resident portal is super easy to navigate and the rent installments are due on the 1st of each month. there are 3 other girls living in this unit.
