Atmosphere studio lease for Fall 2022

I really need someone to take on this lease for next year. This is a studio apartment that's around 400 square feet. Rent is about $1400 a month and it comes fully furnished. The only utility you have to pay for is electricity and, for me, it's never exceeded $50 per month. It's on the 16th floor and has a really cool view of A mountain. It's also super close to campus!
