Hello! We have a room for rent close to ASU Tempe campus and great for students. One room will be available early January and another room in February.
Our share house (a 3 bedroom duplex) is conveniently situated in the desirable MAFW neighbourhood Apt #102 926 S Wilson St Tempe. It’s a 5-minute walk to Cartel Cafe and Casey Moore’s. Only a half mile away from campus, a 10-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride. And only a 15-minute walk from the light rail station. Each room is available at $500 per month plus 1/3 of utilities. You would be living with me, Russell, a PhD student study neuroscience from Australia, and Michelle, an educator at the zoo.
The house atmosphere is studious, upbeat and cosmopolitan, so it's ideal for serious students. We like to be “green” - recycle and compost - plus keep a small garden. There is a washing machine in our house, a large living room and kitchen area with new appliances, a fire pit in the yard, and so much more!
International students and >=6 month lab visitors are encouraged to inquire.
Please contact me (Russell) or Michelle with any questions.
