The room is quiet and you only get a roommate on one side due to a balcony on the other side accessible through the apartment living room. The room features a view (see pictures) and is conveniently located towards the front of the complex which means it's only a few feet to the gym (open 24/7), pool, light rail, and to the on site parking lot. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. You will be sharing the apartment with 2 male roommates both of whom are pursuing their master degrees and are very friendly. The apartment is available immediately and I have already paid the rent for October and I am willing to pay credit for your November rent also.
