Deferred Rent- Serious inquires only:)

Hi, I am looking to sign my lease over to someone else. My financial situation has changed and I am not able to move in. You get the same deal that I received and that was no application fee. There is an administrative fee of $250.00, and then the rent is $934.00. The rent would not be due until August 1st, and the move-in date is not until August 17th. I am really in a bind and would really appreciate it if someone could take over my lease.
