Gday everyone, I’m looking for someone to take over my lease BEGINNING OF MAY at ‘The district on Apache’ as I will be going back home to Australia. After not being able to find anyone as of yet i am willing to PRORATE the month of May. The lease ends in July however if you are looking to renew, the room will be available. I am subleasing a 4bedroom- 4bathroom apartment that is fully furnished (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, bed, desk, tv and couches. There is currently 3 males who are very clean and friendly and are quite flexible to whomever. The apartment complex has a pool (with lazy river), sauna, gym, tanning beds, study rooms and a car park. The district is very close to ASU and is within walking distance.
