DISCOUNTED $800 a month INCLUDES covered parking and tax. (Current lease is $942 a month) Lease term: 5/5/19 - 7/31/19 I am looking to sublet my daughter’s private bedroom and bathroom in a 4 BR / 4 BATH unit in the popular District on the Apache apartment complex located across the southeast side of the ASU campus. This 1401 square foot unit is located on the 7th floor and includes a common area, kitchen, balcony and washer and dryer. The building and parking garage are very secure. The complex has study rooms, a gym, lazy river pool, large hot tub and other amenities. The rent includes everything except electric, gas and phone. You would be taking over my daughter’s lease of $942 a month. I would give you $426 in advance so you’re only paying the discounted $800 a month. The photos below are stock images except for the one of my daughter’s room which she has kept nice and clean. She lives with two other girls and a boy, all teenaged, two of who attend ASU.
