Looking to reassign my lease for The District on Apache. These are luxury apartments, definitely the best in the area (full weight room, hot tub, lazy river, sauna, steam room, soundproof study rooms, the list goes on). Located across the street from campus. I signed my lease not understanding that it was a lease. Long story short, I need to get rid of it. 4x4 luxe which is slightly larger, 4x4, or 3x3. You get your own bedroom, own walk-in closet, and personal bathroom. Comes fully furnished! These are set up suite style, meaning the living room and kitchen are shared with 2 or 3 other people depending on the option you choose. Roommates are not assigned yet, so it doesn't matter if you prefer to stay with males or females. I know 3 other really chill dudes who are looking for a fourth.
As I said in the title I am offering incentive to take this lease off my hands. I will pay for your application and service fee. That's $300! My quoted lease price was for $866, but I know that the prices have gone up since then. I believe it is around $930 now. Keep in mind these apartment are extremely luxurious and that is what justifies the price. I would be willing to work out a deal to lower this price closer to what I was quoted, or pay for your parking pass which is $50-75 per month, or a deal similar to that. Whatever we can work out, but going through a deal with me would definitely save you money vs. getting a brand new lease. I just know I don't want to pay for an apartment I won't be staying in. I was there the other day, and the leasing manager told me there are only 8 spots left! No single or double room suites left. Get yours while you can. I will meet in person, so you can be sure to get your cash money. Paypal or venmo works too.
