Hey!!! I am wanting to sublease my apartment as soon as possible. It's at the district on Apache and the lease ends July 31st. There is a lazy river, 2 story gym, dog area, concierge, gated parking garage, security, furnished rooms and a private bathroom and walk in closet. It's the 3x3 Luxe model. The district is right across from campus and there are multiple food options within walking distance as well as a CVS Pharmacy right next door. The monthly payment is $1,119 which includes water and covered parking, electricity is separate but never costs too much. Parking can also be taken off.
