District On Apache Sublease Summer 2020

Looking for someone to sublease my room in a 4x4 apartment at the District on Apache for June and July 2020 (June 1 - July 31). you will have your own bathroom, washer/dryer, closet, and night stand. The room is on the third floor and has a nice sunset view facing Rural Road and the ASU campus. Must be 420 friendly. Rent is typically $875 a month plus electricity which is typically around $30 a month, but I'll give you a discount and you'll only pay $799 a month.
