District on Apache Summer Sublease (With Discount)

I need someone to take over my lease at the beginning of May, running until the end of July. There is of course an option to renew for the fall semester. The room is in a fully furnished, modern apartment, with many kitchen appliances/utensils included. Amenities include a useful 24 hour fitness center with tanning beds and sauna and a stunning pool area with outdoor grills, hot tub, sunbeds and lazy river. A business center with computers, printing facilities and study rooms is also available for your convenience. There is parking available at the rear of the building, close proximity to lot of different food options including supermarkets and 10 minutes walk from the nearest light rail stop. There is one other male roommate either studying over the summer or doing an internship. Other helpful features include free coffee every day, community events, a pool table and a golf simulator.
