It is a 600 sq ft studio apartment with an in-unit washer and dryer, along with a fridge and freezer, microwave, oven etc. The furniture i can provide is 2 couches and 2 coffee tables. The place has very modern and well-maintained amenities, and the occupants are generally very quiet, making this the ideal place to be productive. I'd be willing to sublease for $1000-1100 a month, and move in can be scheduled as soon as july 5th. My lease itself ends on December 15th, at which point the tenant can decide whether or not they'd like to re-sign and continue staying there.
