I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for spring semester ASAP! I currently live in a 4x4 with 3 other girls who are so kind, respectful, and keep to themselves! My room is located on the third floor, with west facing windows that give an amazing view of the sunset. It is fully furnished, with an in-unit washer and dryer. The complex itself is very nice and quiet. We have a gym, pool, hottub, sauna, and study rooms. Uncovered parking is free, and covered parking is an extra $35 a month.
