FEMALE ROOMMATE WANTED ***$480 rent per month + utilities (price negotiable)*** I am actively looking to move out of the house I am currently renting in Tempe and need someone to take my spot! Great location, extremely nice roommates, plenty of space. My personal circumstances have recently changed and I am unable to continue living so far away from my parents. Our 1 year lease is officially up at the end of July 2019, however, the roommates I am living with now have already spoke with our landlord about renewing the lease for another year. If you would like to stay for the next upcoming year, you are welcome to, but, if you would like a place to stay just for a few months, you do not have to renew the lease along with the other girls. House located in Tempe, off of Southern Avenue and McClintock Drive, approximately 10 minute drive from ASU Tempe campus. Roommates would consist of 4 other female college students in early 20s. ABOUT THE HOUSE: 5 bedrooms (4 other female roommates) 2 full bathrooms (2 sinks, toilet, and shower in both) Updated refrigerator New washer and dryer Two-car garage Big in-ground pool Roomy backyard WANTED: Female roommates only 18-mid twenties in age Friendly and outgoing, someone that does not mind having company at the house often Comfortable with roommates that work late nights/irregular hours Comfortable with pets in the house (2 cats and occasionally 1 small dog). Ready to move in at beginning of April 2019 (or sooner if you’re able) Has a job and able to pay rent consistently Able to pay a portion of the security deposit for the new lease prior to moving in (message me for the amount). Comfortable with landlord doing a credit/background check Able to sign the written lease before move in (signing the lease will only apply to the months of April-July, unless you would like to renew the lease for next year but not required).
