JUNE-JULY 2019 District on Apache 3x3L BEDSPACE with incentives!

Single bedroom available in a 3x3 Luxury apartment for Summer 2019. Rent is normally 979 but I will pay to make it 800 even (plus tax). I will pay your $300 application fee as well to make it worth your time! The unit is fully furnished and features high-end finishes such as stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The property is also equipped with a lazy-river pool -- the only one of its kind in the Tempe area. Other amenities include a 22-person hot tub, shaded cabanas with a misting system, two outdoor courtyards, an on-site sauna and steam room, an upright tanning bed, a lively clubhouse with a shuffleboard and pool table, and a virtual golf simulator. You will have your own bathroom and walk-in closet. There are two other girls living in the unit and they are both ASU students as well. Super friendly -- I would love to connect you to them if you are considering taking over my lease :)
