LEASE TAKE OVER FOR 2019-2020!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

$872 Room Available at the District on Apache Looking for someone to take over next year's lease (August 2019 - July 2020), and as an incentive, I will give you a $100 gift card to anywhere you want. If you would rather move in sometime during the summer, that can be arranged. This apartment has lots of great amenities (great pool area, on-site gym open 24/7, study rooms, etc) and I already signed the lease but I can't live there now due to personally issues. Also, it's really close to campus! Overall, it would be a great place to live. I really really really need someone to take it over!. Let me know if you're interested or have any questions! 612-562-5838
