Lease Takeover at The District

Hi guys! I’m searching for someone who would be willing to takeover my lease at the District on Apache. The lease starts in August and goes until the end of next July. This is for a four bedroom apartment and I do not have roommates yet so you would get to choose who you live with (guys/girls doesn’t matter)!
