Lease Takeover at Villas on Apache

I made a big uh-oh, and signed on a 12 month lease at Villas on Apache starting August 15th this Fall. First floor, non-shared room and bath, would be great except all of my classes are on Polytecnic campus. If you're interested in leasing there please contact me, otherwise I'm lock into commuting the entire year!
