Lease Takeover: District on Apace

I have decided to move home, but signed a lease earlier this year at the District on Apache. The apartment is really great and pretty affordable. I am willing to offer a discount to who ever is able to take over my lease. I originally signed for a three bedroom three bathroom, but the District will be able to provide a different option if that works better. Please contact me and I will give you more information.
