Lease takeover (first month rent 50% off!!!!)

The lease take over would start the beginning of May and go through the end of July. The bedroom has an individual lock, a walk-in closet, and courtside view. This is a great way to experience living at the district for a while and if you like it, you can turn it into a full year lease! The community is pet friendly, has a 2 story fitness center, a lazy river, study rooms, and a computer lab. We have a washer and dryer in the apartment; and the other 2 roommates are nice and respectful. First month's rent would be 50% off!!
