Lease Takeover - Now-July 31

Looking for someone to take over my lease at Sol. I am moving in with my boyfriend so I no longer need this apartment. Utilities, parking, and taxes are included in the total posted. The room mates are nice and quiet. Looking for a female. The complex has a pool, gym, game room, and two study lounges with free printing. They also offer a shuttle to ASUs campus.
