305 S Mckemy St. , Tempe, AZ
1 bed & 1 bath
This property is perfect for Students, Singles, or Couples. It is a spacious 1 bedroom apartment with open plan design and big windows to let in lots of light. It's about a 10 minute walk away from Mill Avenue where all the bars & restaurants are located - so you're close to the action but can come back to a nice quiet space.
The area has great transport links, it's 10 minutes walking to the light rail, 2 minutes to the bus line and close to the airport, which was ideal for when I had visitors. Jaycee Park is a 2 minute walk away, Tempe Town Lake is only a 5 minutes walk away, and ASU is A 15 minutes walk (7 minutes on bicycle). Once you're on Mill Avenue everything is extremely accessible.
This place offers Tempe City Centre living without the City Centre prices.
The whole apartment has recently been renovated so it has new hardwood floors, fresh paint and, a new kitchen installed. The bedroom is large with a walk in closet and ensuite with bath and shower. Also has onsite laundry facilities.
The main living area is a versatile space that can be arranged in any way you like. It has two large windows which lets in lots of light and adds to the spacious feel. The kitchen is a good size with all new appliances, including: oven, microwave, and fridge. Pets are allowed here also.
The apartment comes with ample shaded parking and pool facilities for the residents - both ideal for the spring/summer days and nights.
I love this place, the only reason I have to move is because I recently got a job in another state. I'm looking for a smooth transition as I'm relocating to my new place as soon as possible, so I'm happy to help out and make the move smooth and simple for you. THIS PLACE IS MOVE IN READY!
Rent is $865 monthly and the security deposit is $850( The deposit is negotiable depending on if tenant wants to renew lease or not), I'll take care of the application fees if approved so we can get things started.
*This lease has a remaining 2 months ending Aug 6th 2018 - with the ability to extend.
