Live in luxury for only $796

The rent is only $796 !! The room is spacious and has excellent lighting AND you get your own bathroom and walk-in closet. There are three very nice girl roommates that live here and the apartment is tidy. **Two roommates are going back home for the summer, so you will only have one roommate who works most the time. The summer here is awesome- you can relax in the lazy river and hit the gym after (which has great equipment). If you have any pets they have a nice dog park in the complex you can go to. Highly recommend!! Information about the apartment- Each apartment comes fully furnished, provides a washer and dryer inside the unit, pre-installed 42” flat screen TV, and includes Internet and premium TV cable with HD channels. This spacious 4-bedroom floor plan includes 4 private bedrooms complete with full-size beds, nightstands, and 4 spacious modern bathrooms. There are walk-in closets in the bedrooms and plenty of storage space. Each unit comes with granite countertops, wood floors, and Energy Star rated appliances.
