Looking for 3 or 4 roommates to move into a Tempe house

Hi, my name is Jake and I am looking for roommates to get a house(I have found some, but not locked in) near ASU campus in Tempe ASAP. I'm an active person, who is also a student(male). I have lived in AZ for 3 years now, from Wisconsin. I am not opposed to having people over or other things like that, but simply respect when others are studying. I will probably have people over often as well. Def looking for some chill guys, who are maybe 21 soon or already. Also, need to be clean to an extent. I'm no clean freak, but like cleaning up after cooking or dishes. Respect each others things and space, etc. Simple stuff. Frat members allowed Def looking to get a nice place, maybe with a pool and recently remodeled. Houses ONLY! I'm not interested in an apartment or town house with no yard. At least need a backyard patio. Preferably within walking or biking distance to campus. I'm gonna drive to class regardless, but for Mill Ave and stuff. From what I see, these houses run about $2,000, so divided by 4, thats only $500 plus utilities. Might be open to subleasing if you have credit issues and the landlord allows it.
