Looking for a Female Roommate

Hello! Me and my roommate are looking for a third roommate to move in August 1st. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house (recently remodeled) located down the street from The Cottages off Priest and University. You would share a bathroom with my other roommate and have your own bedroom. No pool just dirt backyard (-: but walking distance to cottages. And a 3 min drive to Mill (; Looking for someone clean and outgoing. Text me for more info/pics! Rent is around $550 and utilities range from $117 during August and around $70 the rest of the year.
