Looking for female to take over apartment at West 6

I need to find someone to take over my apartment at West 6th in Tempe, since I'm moving closer to my work! It is a 2b2b where you'd be living in the master bedroom. The apartment is 1234 sqft, you'd be sharing the apartment with another girl, she is super clean and nice, usually away at work. We don't like any parties but guests are of course allowed to come over. The rent includes your own parking spot in the high security garage, which is a few floors down in the elevator. West 6th includes a huge fitness center, an infinity pool with a hot tub, movie theater, study lounge and business centers. It is located right in the center of mill ave, where you have many choices of delicious restaurants and fast food places around.
