Looking for Roommate for luxury lakeside 2x2 SALT Apartment

My boyfriend and I are looking for someone to move into a 2-bedroom 2-bath apartment with us at Salt Apartments on July 27/28 (same time we’ll move in). The price includes rent and mandatory garage parking spaces. They are offering the first 10 weeks free which is factored into that $621 price. I can explain how that works more in depth but excluding that special the rent is normally $750 when split by 3. Additional costs would be electric, internet, water/sewer and renters insurance (total is estimated around $100/month for summer months). The community is a year old, resort-style luxury living and insanely beautiful. The second bedroom is only 8in smaller lengthwise than the master with a bigger (huge) walk-in closet and detached bath. The apartment will come partially furnished by us with a couch, love seat, an ottoman, and a dining table w/ chairs. The apartment also features a front loading washer/dryer, double pantry kitchen, extra storage closet and has hardwood floors throughout. We are both ASU students with jobs. We are clean, quiet, easygoing roommates and don’t smoke or own any pets. We have also been dating for over a year and don’t really fight so you won’t have to worry about relationship drama lol. Just as a disclaimer - their reviews online are terrible because some YouTuber got denied and had his followers blast them, it’s actually well run/maintained and everyone in the office is super friendly.
