Looking for roommate in District on Apache 1b1b in 2b2b

Hey guys! I am looking for someone to take over my 1 year lease until July 30th 2021! The rent is 1050$, plus an application fee of 340$ which has to be paid. If you want to take over my lease, I will pay for the first month of your rent fee, and I will give you some discount on the rent fee. Now, I do not have roommate. If you plan to move in, you will own the whole kitchen. The district on apache is a great place to live! Super close to the Tempe campus (5-10 min walk), has a pool area, sauna, gym, etc. And it is pet friendly as well! Please message me or email me if you are interested!
