Hi, my name is Jake and I am looking for roommates to get a house(I have found one, but not locked in until I find the roommates) near ASU campus in Tempe ASAP. Its $625, plus utilities which is not bad. Large gated parking area for more than one car, very nice covered back patio. I'm an active person, who is also a student(male). I have lived in AZ for 3 years now, from Wisconsin. I don't care about having people over or other things like that, but simply respect when others are studying. I will probably have people over as well. Def looking for some chill, laid-back guys, who are maybe 21 soon or already. I'm no clean freak, but like cleaning up after cooking or dishes.
