I am looking for a female, preferably, to take over my lease at The District on Apache right on Rural and Apache Blvd. I have lived here for a year and a half, and have loved every minute of it. It is a safe and well kept living environment, especially for students going to ASU. The amenities include:
- Pool area with a lazy river, grill, TV and hot tub
- Private 24 hour gym with bathrooms, yoga mats, weights and sauna
- Private study rooms with a computer lab and free printing
- Parking structure (extra a month, but WORTH IT)
- Only a short 5-10 minute walk from ASU Campus
- PETS ALLOWED
You will be rooming with three other female students! Friendly, clean, and respectful!
You will have your own private bedroom, bathroom, and huge walk-in closet all attached directly to your bedroom. The kitchen and living room are considered the shared space; the ENTIRE place is furnished, so you do not need to worry about the extra expenses of purchasing furniture! Willing to pay a portion of your rent so the rent will be 830-840, it's negotiable. As for utilities, EVERYTHING IS COVERED -except for electricity, which is split evenly four ways and usually costs around $30/month. I will also take care of the transfer and application fees.
