Looking for someone to take my lease (One bed and bath in 2x2 apartment)

Looking for someone to take over my lease. The lease is until sept 2020 at SoL. It is at 1949 E University Dr. You get your own room, personal bathroom. Along with getting access to a gym, pool, free printing, office space, and a campus shuttle. Great place to live I have no problems with the apartment or environment. Moving out because I wish to move in with a friend at a different location. The rent is $849 utilities included and no extra fee's.
