Looking for someone to take over my lease at the district on apache

Hey guys! I am looking for someone to take over my 1 year lease until July 30th 2021! The rent is 915$, plus an application fee of 340$ which has to be paid. You will have a room with your own bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet, and a living room/kitchen area which is shared with 2 other female roommates. The unit is fully furnished. The district on apache is a great place to live! Super close to the Tempe campus (5-10 min walk), has a pool area, sauna, gym, etc. And it is pet friendly as well! Please message me if you are interested! You can find more information on District on Apache website: http://www.thedistrictonapache.com
