Looking for Subletter/Lease Takeover from 8/15 - 10/31

I am looking for someone to sublet or lease takeover at Vela Apartments, right across Tempe Town Lake from ASU (near the north side marina by the Scottsdale Rd. bridge) from 8/15/2019 to 10/31/2019 when you would have the option to renew the lease. The apartment is a 1BR, 1BA on the first floor on the lake side of the building. Rent would be $1325 through 10/31 (I will waive a deposit), but after it will be up to you to renew the lease through the building management company. Approval process would involve a background check by the property management company and being added to the lease. The picture included is the floor plan, but if interested I can supply photos of the actual unit.
