Master Bedroom For Rent

This location is in a spectacular Central Phoenix area that is close to many restaurants and hangouts from Central Ave to 16th street. It's within a 5-minute drive to the prestigious Biltmore area, along with easy access to the 51 and 202 highways. The Master has its own in-room bathroom and walk-in closet in a 2-bedroom/ 2-bathroom condominium as a standalone property with no one above. This property has been completely remodeled and EVERYTHING is NEW with a modern style. If you would like to get a feel for what the area looks like, you can look up Bethany Home Villas on Google. The residency also has a pool, barbeque area, laundry center, and included maintenance of all property gardens and lawn. This rent price includes all of these services plus A/C and electricity. I'm looking for a friendly young woman to take over my room while my roommate finishes out her lease in the guest bedroom. My roommate mainly keeps to herself and is focused on her 9-5 Monday-Friday job, so she wouldn’t want someone partying at the residence ! No pets allowed and no cigarettes, please.
