Private Bedroom & Bathroom Lease

PAYING $200 to anyone who takes over my Redpointe Tempe lease. Lease starts August 14, 2023 and ends July 25 2024. 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom, all female apartment. Apartment is fully furnished with free parking. The lease is $1,054 a month, which is cheaper than the price listed on Redpointe's website for this room. Redpointe is a very popular place to live. I am only selling the lease because I decided to go to school somewhere else. Please let me know if you are interested!
