The apartment is a 4 bedroom townhouse with your own bedroom and bathroom. Full washer and dryer are included and the unit is furnished. FREE parking, FREE shuttle to and from ASU Tempe campus. Resort style pool, clubhouse with a gym and study rooms. PET FRIENDLY. Rent is $800 /month, and you can expect to pay NO MORE THAN $50/month for utilities. I have lived here for 4 years and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this awesome community!!
